Experience all the reformer movements you know & love with a little extra oomph, ESSE style. Strengthen, lengthen, balance, burn, flow and connect to the breath as we utilise the carriage. Think muscle stabilisation and focus on form at a generous pace. Suitable for beginner to intermediate levels, modifications and progressions to cater.

Not for the faint hearted, this is Reformer burn at its finest. Challenging, invigorating and upbeat, this session ties together progressive Pilates, resistance, low impact movement to form our strength infused reformer. Test yourself and disembark feeling rejuvenated, well worked and probably a little sweaty. Suitable for intermediate to advanced clients.

You can feel the warmth from above radiating down on your skin, the lights are dimmed, the beats are pumping, and the vibes are high. The next 45 minutes are yours to work hard on the mat as we guide you through robust, energetic, and mindful movement. Drawing on elements of functional fitness, conditioning, and stability. Moderate pace. Maximum spice. Suitable to all levels, modifications and progressions to cater.

Situated in our heated studio, with an ambient temperature of 28 – 32 degrees.
