DYNAMIC

Experience all the reformer movements you know & love with a little extra oomph, ESSE style. Strengthen, lengthen, balance, burn, flow and connect to your breath as we utilise the carriage. Think muscle stabilisation and focus on form at a generous pace.

Suitable for beginner to intermediate levels, modifications and progressions to cater.

STRONG

Not for the faint hearted, this is Reformer burn at its finest. Challenging, invigorating and upbeat, this session ties together progressive Pilates, resistance and low impact movement to form our strength infused reformer. Test yourself and disembark feeling rejuvenated, well worked and probably a little sweaty.

Suitable for intermediate to advanced clients.

POWERHOUSE

Our high intensity, full body Hot Mat class designed to challenge your strength, stamina and endurance. Combining Pilates principles with powerful movements - think pushing, overhead lifts and strong pulling motions. Expect this dynamic session to elevate your heart rate and maximize sweat.

Situated in our heated studio, with an ambient temperature of 28 – 32°C

BUILD

Our strength infused mat class, here to build your best you. Slower in pace to ace that form, control and get a little deeper. Focusing on muscle stabilisation and layers upon layers including weights, this session is guaranteed to make you sweat whilst you tone. 

Suitable to all levels, modifications and progressions to cater.

Situated in our heated studio, with an ambient temperature of 28 – 32°C.

YOGA

Unwind, disconnect from the exterior and move with the breathe. 60 minutes of undisturbed flow-state, this session will leave you with the perfect balance of feeling empowered and strong, yet steady and tranquil. 

A concoction of foundational and contemporary Yoga movements, breathwork and meditation. 

Held at an ambient temperature of 28°, suitable for all levels. 

 

 

BOOTY & CORE

Specific, effective and results focused. A seamlessly structured 45 minute class tailored to developing the glutes and strengthening the abdominals. B&C combines equipment based aesthetic training and pilates resistance movement to target these two specific and very much favoured muscle groups.
